Everything you need for a comfortable stay
Every bedroom includes a television, tea and coffee with kettle and mugs, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Egyptian-cotton bed linen, towels, complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee supplies are replenished daily during B&B stays. All rooms have en-suite showers; rooms 2 and 3 also have baths.

First floor. King bed and an en-suite shower wet room.
Rooms 2 & 3 · Superior Double, Twin or Triple
First floor. King or twin beds, king plus single, or three singles. Each has a bath and shower.
Room 4 · Superior Double or Twin
First floor. King or twin beds and an en-suite shower.
Room 5 · Standard Double or Twin
Lower ground floor. King or twin beds and an en-suite shower.
Room 6 · Standard Double/Twin or Superior Triple
Lower ground floor. King or twins, king plus single, or three singles, with an en-suite shower.
Room 7 · Superior Double
Second floor. King bed and an en-suite shower.
Room 8 · Standard Double
Second floor. King bed, en-suite shower, Juliet balcony window and seating area.
Families are welcome
Children of all ages are welcome. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request. Cot use is free and cot bedding costs £10 per stay; you are welcome to bring your own cot bedding.
Breakfast and pricing
Breakfast is included with B&B rates. Prices start at single occupancy; each additional adult is £15 per night and each child aged 2–15 is £12 per night. Check your dates and party size in the booking journey for current prices.
Make time to relax
B&B guests can enjoy the shared sitting room, with its modern smart TV, and the verandah. Pets are not permitted except assistance dogs; please let us know in advance if you will bring an assistance dog.
Food and shared spaces
Enjoy breakfast in the dining room and relax in the sitting room or on the verandah. If you need fridge storage or would like to discuss takeaway or dining-room arrangements, please ask Harry and Eliza in advance. Any additional access is by specific agreement.
Arrival and practical details
Check-in is 4–7pm and B&B checkout is by 10:30am. Laundry is £20 per wash; ask Harry and Eliza to arrange it.
